After selecting one of our desirable lots you will meet directly with the developer and/or builder to choose an architectural plan, trim package, and materials. If you already have a completed house plan purchased, we can determine which property would work best with your selection. The process of obtaining permits and scheduling required approvals commences thereafter and construction can begin. We are truly a one stop shop for all of your real estate and home ownership needs. We have a keen ability through decades of experience and relationship building to locate properties poised for appreciation.  Like an unpolished diamond waiting to be cut, it's our job to take a piece of raw land and uncover its potential.
